Class Schedule

200 & 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, Hatha Yoga & Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Facility

New Students - please fill out the New Student Registration HERE BEFORE attending classes at ASY.

All mat yoga classes are $5 (DOES NOT INCLUDE ACRO, AERIAL OR KIDS YOGA)

First vist is $6 and we have a minimum of $10 for credit card purchases.


Good News - we are now a family/kid friendly yoga studio!
We have added Kid's Yoga to our class schedule. If you would like to attend our adult yoga classes here's the age requirements:

  • Children 10 years and older are welcome to attend our gentle and NON-HEATED classes with parent.
  • Teens 14 and older are welcome to attend our Warm classes with their parent.
  • Teens 16 and older are welcome to attend our Hot classes.
    Children may NOT be left alone in the lobby while parents are in class.


    If you are new to yoga, Altamonte Springs Yoga offers several Beginner Level classes as well as Yoga 101, an Introduction to Yoga. Check our Class Descriptions Page for the Level of the class you are interested in attending. The levels range from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced.

    To help speed up the signing in process please fill out the New Student Registration before your first visit to ASY.
