This unique program is only available at the nZone. Each class was built with your 2 to 12 year old in mind. They’ll have fun and build a habit of physical fitness all at the same time. My 4 year-old loves Animal Yoga. I was really surprised how quickly he’d learn the poses and how much fun he’d have doing it.
Please be sure your children are dressed in clothes they can move in, as well as socks and athletic shoes. Ballet and jazz shoes are not necessary – socks are fine. However, your child is welcome to wear ballet shoes if he/she has them.
Parents, please note that we want to make your child’s fitness experience special. We know you are eager to watch your children in action but sometimes your presence can inhibit the participation of other kids in the class. We respectfully request that you wait outside of the room until the end of class so that the instructor can ensure every child feels safe and comfortable. We are blessed with terrific instructors who are passionate about children, love fitness and are focused on the safety of your children. - All-Star Sports Training
Join our Kids Fitness Athletic Trainer to learn foundational skills essential for all sports including agility, strength, speed and coordination. Mr. Billy will also cover some basic techniques of the most popular sports including soccer and basketball.
- Animal Yoga
Many Yoga poses are named after animals and some postures actually mimic the shape of an animal. From the Cobra to the Flying Eagle, the Downward Dog to the Pigeon Pose, or the Cat, Cow and Fish positions, your preschooler will have fun learning how to stretch and relax in a stress-free environment. Yoga increases flexibility, balance and even improves focus and memory. This class is a great start to a healthy lifestyle and life-long benefits of Yoga exercise.
- Balance & Strength
Increase your child’s coordination, power, balance and strength as they learn how to master these stabilization and power exercises.
Bring your little ballerinas for an introduction to ballet and jazz. Each class they’ll learn new techniques and positions that will develop grace, good posture, flexibility, strength, balance and agility. Paired with classical ballet, jazz offers rhythms and artistic dance movements that kids love.
- Body Blaster:
This is a great class to equip your child with the knowledge of effective strength training at a young age. Your child will learn how to master powerful body weight workouts they can do anytime, anywhere.
- Cardio Craze:
Your little ones have a TON of energy and this is the perfect class for them to “run it all out”in this structured, healthy and fun setting. Kids will learn how to control their breathing, move their arms and legs as well as have a ton of fun doing a variety of cardio interval activities.
- Energy Express
Your young one has a TON of energy! This class is specially designed to allow your child channel their high level of energy into fun fitness activities while also embracing essential learning concepts for this age including creativity, sharing, and functional thinking.
- Explosive Power
If you are looking to develop current and future athletes, this is your class! Your child will improve their speed and agility with this high energy class and quickly increase their overall fitness level before you know it.
- Hip Hop:
Your kids will be breaking out new moves (and getting really sweaty!) in this energetic, super fun class. This popular freestyle dance form incorporates the latest dance moves and the hottest tunes. It’s a great opportunity for kids to learn the basics and then create their own style. Clean lyrics and age-appropriate moves are guaranteed!
- Jumping Beans:
Jumping Beans is a strength-based class with lots of jumping, lunges, and sit ups. Your little jumping bean will be using their imagination and having fun growing big and strong!
- Kidz Kickboxing:
Looking for a way to get your kids moving? Try this cool Cardio Kickboxing class. It’s an amazing workout that combines martial arts and heart-pumping cardio in a high-energy workout guaranteed to burn calories and increase endurance. It will challenge their minds and bodies with punches, kicks, ab twists, and toning exercises in this total body workout.
- Learn and Grow
Ages 2-5 is such an essential year of learning and growing that we have dedicated an entire class to it! Your young one will learn how to share, count, work with others and communicate more effectively, all while playing fun, interactive fitness games.
- Move n’ Groove:
Your pre-schooler will learn basic rhythms and movement by moving and grooving to new tunes each week. You can expect lots of jumping, clapping and laughing!

An nzone original, this class is designed to teach your child how to connect and share with other children through a love of fitness. Students will learn the basics of working together, sharing, and communicating while sweating and smiling the whole time! - Pee Wee Workout:
Even little ones need a good workout! We’ll teach them the basics – jumping jacks, toe touches, squats, lunges – and then, add a twist with balls, hula hoops, balloons, even one-pound weights to amp up the fun. Every class is different and guaranteed to keep your pee wee moving.
- Power Kidz Boot Camp:
The best exercise is when you don’t feel like your exercising. Our Power Kidz Boot Camp is so much fun it doesn’t feel like a workout – but your kids will feel it later. Tag games, walk/run/jump activities, obstacle courses, fitness circuits and more will provide the same benefits as structured exercises without the boredom. Check it out!
- Pump It Up:
We’ll raise your children’s heart rate and their love for fitness with this high-energy cardio and strength class that kids will love. With cardio conditioning, toning and body weight strength exercises, and a variety of equipment, your kids will learn how to pump up their energy in just 30 minutes.
Your child is guaranteed to have a blast while using these fitness scooters. Using safe and effective exercises and games your child will learn how how to strengthen their legs, arms and core with this fun piece of equipment. They will have so much fun, they won’t even realize they are sweating!
- Strong to the Core:
You’ll be equipping your child with powerful knowledge they can use the rest of their life! They’ll learn strength and resistance training using bands, light weights and slow control exercises to develop posture and strong core.
- Strong Kidz:
This class is 50% strength, 50% conditioning and 100% fun! Your kids will learn proper techniques and form to increase their upper and lower bodies. We’ll perform functional lifts with body weight, focus on core strength and muscle toning for a total body workout. They’ll be begging to come back each week.
