Pregnancy Pilates

Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! This class uses a modified sequence of Pilates exercises designed especially for pregnant women. Pilates can help strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance and alignment as the body grows bigger and can help reduce lower back pain. No prior Pilates experience needed.

Pregnancy Water Aerobics

The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be! This fun (and challenging) aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits: you're weightless when you're in the water (PRICELESS!), and water workouts help reduce swelling!

Prenatal Toning, Fitness & Yoga Combo

This specially designed combo gives you a taste of everything Oh Baby! has to offer in a prenatal exercise class. We start out with 20 minutes of aerobic and cardio work. That's followed by 20 minutes of strength training for arms, legs and abs. Class finishes with a 20 minute yoga cool- down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.

Fitness in cooperation with Kaiser Permanente. Kaiser Permanente offers one free 6-week session of prenatal yoga at select GA medical offices every 6 months.

Pushing Workshop

This workshop teaches pregnant women and their partners the Oh Baby! Fitness Coordinated Pushing technique: "How to Push Out Your Baby, " as well as basic breathing and labor positions. Participants will be empowered as they learn the physiology of pushing and will be able to practice a way to easily and efficiently push out their baby. Class fee covers 1 pregnant woman and her partner.
