Jennifer_SchwartzJennifer Schwartz is a graduate of the Power Pilates 600-hour Comprehensive Equipment Training Program. A lifelong student of dance and gymnastics, Jennifer expanded her interest to Pilates after a post-partum back issue. In 2006, she became a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor through Power Pilates at University of Pennsylvania, which follows the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates. In 2009, Jennifer completed the 600-hour training program which has expanded her teachings to apparatus including the Reformer. Jennifer’s teaching reflects her belief that Pilates is a powerful whole body workout. The results one receives are endless – improved posture, balance, increased energy, and a longer, leaner, and healthier individual. Jennifer is also a Business Management graduate of The College of New Jersey.

Rebecca Hendricks graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science. She taught high school Health and Physical Education for six years after graduation. While living in Virginia, Becky obtained a Mat 1 and Reformer 1 Pilates certification from Balanced Body University and began to work as a pilates reformer and mat instructor and fitness specialist for Rockingham Memorial Hospitals Wellness Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She became a certified TRX instructor while in Virginia and taught group TRX classes as well. She was surrounded by passionate and educated fitness professionals who made her love of health and fitness as a lifestyle grow much deeper. She is currently pursuing her personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. She lives in East Greenwich with her husband Mark, son Jack, daughter Maura and baby coming this winter.

Susan Mallardi, discovered the Pilates Reformer in 2011 when looking to re-vamp her life-long fitness routine of weights and cardio. She was thrilled to find that one machine coupled with breathing would produce results of better balance, posture, stretching and strengthening muscles while working the body’s core. It is Susan’s belief that fitness is life-long and is achievable by all at any age. In 2012, Susan became a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer Instructor. Additionally she teaches 7th grade math, has a Master’s of School Administration from Rowan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Rutgers University. When not teaching or exercising, Susan enjoys music, reading and spending time with family and friends.
