Evolve All Yoga is Here!

Hot Yoga Class
This is a specific series of yoga postures taught in a particular order. This series will warm and stretch muscles and tendons. External heat and humidity upwards of 105 degrees Fahrenheit are used to create an optimal environment for these postures. The room is regulated through out the class to maintain a safe practice.

Not So Hot Yoga Class
If you are not quite ready Hot Yoga then this is the class for you! The same series of postures is taught at a temperature 10 degrees cooler than Hot Yoga. The class moves a little slower and extra attention is given in order to ensure that our newer students are practicing proper alignment.

Vinyasa Class
This is a flow practice that integrates breath and movement to create strength and flexibility. Emphasis will be placed on proper alignment and the connection among mind, body and spirit. Knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations is helpful prior to entering this class. This practice will leave you feeling grounded energized.

Hot Vinyasa Class
Our most most challenging practice that we offer, this class combines the external heat with dynamic movements. A strong vinyasa practice is highly recommended prior to entering this class.

Prenatal Yoga Class
Surround yourself with other expectant mothers and indulge in the benefits of prenatal yoga. Our gently flowing practice will help you to improve circulation, ease digestion, maintain a limber spine, and strengthen your uterus and pelvic muscles. This practice will simply put you at ease throughout your pregnancy. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga Class
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.

Pilates Mat Class
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
