ANNE 2014-croppedAnne Wutchiett, CIYT, has been teaching for over 25 years.

She has studied in India with the Iyengars, as well as with many senior teachers who are now considered the “ground breakers”, instrumental in bringing yoga to and popularizing yoga in the United States.

Anne’s teaching is precise and clear. She teaches with care and inspiration, acknowledging the strength, vitality and harmony yoga brings and the internal environment that allows grace and clarity to unfold.

She is well versed in breath work (the practice and art of pranayama).

“when the powers of intellect and heart are harmoniously blended a state of perfect equanimity and awareness ensues. this is dhyana. all creativity proceeds from it. and it is good. and it is beautiful. and its results benefit mankind.”
