HATHA POWER
Hatha Fitness focuses on holding each pose for 3 to 10 breaths till the muscles are begging you to move into another pose; then we do it again in a new asana. Hatha allows more time in each pose to learn the nuances of the asana and to make fine adjustments while progressively increasing the degree of intensity. This fitness style of Hatha builds strength and endurance while increasing flexibility. This is a fitness yoga class so be prepared to sweat. See Schedule

PITAIYO
Pitaiyo is a fusion of Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga. PITAIYO puts all 3 disciplines together to increase your strength, alignment, flexibility, and balance of mind and body. See Schedule

RESTORE & RENEW
This class is open to anyone seeking a well-rounded restorative movement class. Restore and Renew is an example of how active-yet-gentle yoga postures and flows are used to create the balance, flexibility, and strength needed to maintain or renew overall vitality, health and wellbeing. MINDFULNESS IN MOTION
Mindfulness is a technique where we focus our full attention only on the present; acknowledging thoughts, feelings, and sensations but not judging them. This two-part class begins with a focused yoga practice and then transitions into an exploration of meditation. By combining movement and meditation we develop the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Leave your judgements and expectations at the door and embrace the experience. See Schedule

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga helps bring balance to an active lifestyle. We relax into postures, soften the muscles and target the body’s connective tissues and joint mobility. It is a healing, meditative, and slow-paced practice. Most poses are done seated or lying down and are held in stillness for three to five minutes. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and restored. All levels welcome. Non-heated practice. See Schedule

YING-YANG FUSION
“Yin-yang fusion” explores a yoga circuit that begins with passive (yin) asanas and then transitions to an active (yang) practice. Breath work (pranayama) and meditation are also included. All levels welcome. Non-heated practice.

T.G.I.F YOGA
End your week with a joyful practice combining movement, postures and breath to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Explore your practice, accept new challenges, and have fun! All levels welcome. Non-heated practice. See Schedule

SENIORS BUILDING STRENGTH & BALANCE
Designed specifically for people over 55 years of age, this class targets strength and balance utilizing the ancient science of yoga movement and poses. If you are inflexible and are new to yoga and want to increase your confidence as you move throughout the world, this class is perfect for you. It is offered twice per week at a cost of $5 per class. PARENT-CHILD YOGA
This is a beginner level Yoga class designed for both you and your child. Mixing classical yoga for you with imaginative yoga for your child (ie. animal poses and noises) guarantees you will both learn and have fun. The first 30 minutes is Yoga while the second half hour will be a drum circle, learning a Sanskrit symbol, or learning to cook a nutritional dish. Come after school and relax through Yoga with your child. Appropriate for all levels. See Schedule
