Teaching Staff:

Alex Botero. E-RYT-200, Meditation Teacher, Studio Director

Alex was fortunate to find yoga at a young age through meditation and philosophy. Years after, she introduced the practice to her school age students and became certified. Alex loves to share the physical and mental benefits with everyone she meets. She maintains a disciplined meditation practice that supports her wellbeing and journey in life. Holding the space for her students to explore and experience the unfolding of their personal practice is the most gratifying aspect of teaching. Her interest and appreciation for Ashtanga Yoga has led her to train and take workshops with Manju Jois, David Swenson and Tim Miller. She believes self study is an essential aspect of every yoga practitioner. She continues to learn and grow from her peers and students.

Muning Hu. E-RYT 200, Yin Yoga Certified

Muning was first introduced to Yoga when she was 15. Since then she became a lifetime student to Yoga and is still feeling grateful for every experience and study opportunities under great teachers like Dharma Mittra, Swami Asokananda, Sri Manju Jois, Kino McGregor, Tim Miller, Alan Finger, Beryl Bender Birch, Avery Jones and Jule Febre. Muning practices, studies and teaches various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Dharma Mittra, Restorative and Yin. Muning’s goal as a teacher is to inspire her students to find their balanced life, happiness and inner peace both on their mats and in their lives through the practice of yoga.
