1. Terms of Service
The Retreat page lists what is included in the price of the retreat. Airfare and travel insurance are not included.

2. Reservation
To reserve your place in SPARK YOGA 2016 Retreat, please first email jennifer@sparkyoga.com for room availability. You must make full payment to reserve your desired room.

3. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card only. Final balances are due at the time of payment to reserve a room.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your participation in the retreat you must notify SPARK YOGA via email through jennifer@sparkyoga.com. Once we’ve received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to your departure date, any payments made will be refunded minus your $500 non-refundable deposit. If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to your departure, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to SPARK YOGA by you, will be recovered from you by SPARK YOGA as a debt due and payable.

5. Changes/Trip Cancellations
SPARK YOGA reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of SPARK YOGA we will offer a full refund of your funds, including the $500 deposit. SPARK YOGA is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. SPARK YOGA reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event that there are too few people booked, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to SPARK YOGA, including the $500 deposit. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, gear purchases, and airport and airline taxes).

6. Travel Insurance
SPARK YOGA requires each trip member to purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. We suggest that you include "cancel for any reason" with your policy. You must purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage.

7. Travel Documents and Immunizations
It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunizations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.
