Malathi Pentapalli is the Director and Business Developer for Nritya Creations. She has been promoting and expanding Nritya Creations in North and South Jersey areas mainly focussing Burlington, Camden Counties and in the greater delaware valley areas. She is actively researching finding good teachers opportunities and locations to launch new centers. She also has been teaching Indian Classical dance and adults Bollywood and preschoolers. Malathi has received her Bharatnatyam dance training in vazuvhoor style from several gurus in the United States for over 6 years. She also has participated and performed in local telugu, Tamil, Gujrati Community events, charity shows and dance competitions. Malathi is a strong business developer and has a network strongly built in Indian and American communities. In addition to leading Nritya Creations in South Jersey, Malathi holds a MS degree in Information Systems from Drexel university and a bachelors degree and has been working in IT industry as a technical lead for more than 16 years. She lives in Moorestown NJ with her spouse and 3 kids.

Shilpa Padhye is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer who completed her arangetram after 12 years of rigorous training from her guru Krishna Panicker. She is also a certified yoga instructor who completed her training from Soma Yoga Center in Highland Park, and has completed a certified course in dance therapy from the Dance Education Laboratory in New York City. She has blended her passion for dance and yoga to provide yoga therapy for special needs children. She has also completed professional workshops and received certificates in dance related courses from the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Shilpa holds an honors degree in Economics from Mumbai University. After teaching Bharatanatyam for four years at Nritya Creations, she currently serves as the academy’s Director of Business Operations.
