Continuing Education for Yoga

Vinyasa Flow, Methodology, Inversions & Philosophy Immersion

Inversions revolutionize our ideas of our own capabilities, true potential and power. In this beautiful active power vinyasa practice interwoven with yogic philosophy, we will build towards exploring handstands and forearm stands.

This workshop will cover the fundamental alignment principles needed to help you connect with your own center and sense of balance - learn how to establish a steady foundation, how to develop strength, and how to stay centered. We'll explore different entry techniques and variations, discovering how breath and bandha allow you to move with grace, presence, confidence and stability, and learn how to adjust/assists others in these inversions.

The workshop also provides an overview on a blend of yoga philosophy, mythology and theming classes and weaving philosophy throughout the class.

All Levels Welcome!

**RYT can earn 4 Continuing Education (CE) credit hours from attending this workshp**
