Zumba for Beginners: May 31
This class will give you an opportunity to learn more about Zumba, a dance inspired workout that fuses traditional Latin rhythms such as Salsa and Merengue with hip hop. Learn simple, yet incredibly fun routines that help strengthen your body and get your heart rate up. Dance experience is not required. It will be so much fun, you'll forget you are working out. Tennis shoes recommended.
