Bridget Baylin, RYT(Feb 2015) discovered yoga 1998 and has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2001. Bridget loves studying other methods of yoga as well, and getting creative with her approach to teaching depending on the preferences and needs of her students. She completed 200-hour Power Vinyasa Training with Eliza Whiteman at Fly Dog in 2015. Bridget is certified to teach aerial yoga (Spark Yoga, 2015) and completed the Baron Baptiste Art of Assisting Intensive in 2016. She is now focusing her training on Ayurveda and integrated wellness, and is eager to share what she knows about promoting balance in mind and body with her students. Bridget’s class focuses on building strength, alignment and breath control so that her students can explore the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga. She believes that anyone can do yoga and provides specific practice modifications to meet her students’ individual goals. Bridget loves to share the gifts of a structured yoga practice with others and thinks that yoga allows people to check in with their best selves. She hopes that her students of all levels can enjoy increased energy, physical well-being and serenity through yoga.
