Tools of the Trade

Join Mimi for a 4 module exploration into advanced asana, pranayama, meditation, creative sequencing and valuable teaching drills focusing on alignment with a keen focus on teaching methodology. Yoga is home to so many of us, this offering is for certified yoga teachers and advanced asana students who will build upon their strong and knowledgable foundation as well as encourage curiosity and creativity to explore a deeper focus.

Hammer and Nails – Core Capsule and Arm Balances

Drills and Bits – Inversions and Strength Conditioning

Build Your Dream House – Creative Sequencing/Master Practice

Introduction to the Budokon Primary Series

This practice melds a dynamic blend of contemporary yogic asana with movements influenced by the ancient martial arts. This series is a seamless transition based flow with circular rotation with sophisticated, graceful movements. Budokon®Yoga brings concentration, fluidity, power, and creativity to hatha yoga in an original, authentic expression.
