HK HIGH KICKS integrates yoga, wellness, and gemstones. Yoga classes welcome to everyone! Props and variations to support beginner and intermediate levels presented in each class. Mats & props provided or feel free to bring your own. Arrive with an empty belly, open mind, & heart. Silence cell phones, please.

  Celebrate! You are invited to HK HIGH KICKS grand opening gemstone happy hour! Stop by the HK studio and meet owner Erin Doty. Pick up a HK yoga and wellness schedule and delight in festive, complimentary appetizers, sweet treats and adult beverages.
