If you have ever wanted to deepen your personal practice and/or share your love of yoga with others, this is the training for you. Led by studio owner, Katy Henderson, E-RYT 500, this 7 month certification program dives deep into the world of yoga.
Gain a deeper understanding of the many layers of yoga, advance your practice, develop confidence, and find your voice. For those who want to teach, our well rounded approach to training will most certainly help you on your way to becoming an effective yoga teacher.
We follow the Yoga Alliance guidelines for what makes a phenomenal teacher training experience. During the course of 7 months we will explore 6 weekend modules and a trip to Yogaville for a full immersion in yoga living.
Our program is fully focused on digging deep into the 8 limbs of yoga. In addition to time spent learning from Katy, you will also be taught by experts in different fields. An example of this is during our study of anatomy and physiology, you will be taught by a physical therapist who not only is an excellent resource of textbook anatomy but also sees different bodies and different cases each and every day. Hands on testimonial will allow you to experience yoga from many different levels.

This foundational yoga training is designed to give you a transformational experience. Graduates will be able to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 Level.
2017 training weekends begin in March and run through September.
You are responsible for purchasing the required reading. The list will be published at least one month prior to the beginning of training.
