Loved this studio! Pure authentic Bikram at altitude!! The studio itself is a bit dated, but its the real deal in a beautiful building and you can't beat the view. Easy to find with plenty of parking . Try it ten times and you will be a better version of yourself.
Stopped going here for a bit, went back for a class and barely broke a sweat. Decided to try it again the next day and same story. Totally dry towel at the end of class. Certainly not what I paid for. The teachers are really nice mostly, the studio has gorgeous views out to the foothills and the students are really friendly and welcoming $2 for a mat or towel rental is a total rip off. The owner lady is really arrogant. but the lack of heat is appalling... There was one lady with a long sleeve zip up pullover on during my class and the next day I saw 2 students with wool/fleece hats on...ipso facto, there is not enough heat people. For real hot yoga, go to Denver and actually break a sweat.
A little hard to find so give a couple of extra minutes to arrive at class, but this is the real deal! The instructor, Erin, was great. She gave me the info that I needed to know ahead of time to make it through the class as a beginner, and I didn't feel out of place. The studio is clean, and hot, but that was expected. Overall, great experience!
