Helps students understand the underlying causes of stress and examine root causes of stress in their lives. Provides students with tools to cultivate self-awareness and reduce stress.

Transform stress into resilience with this computer based biofeedback system. HeartMath focuses on teaching students to self-regulate emotions and build coherence (smoother, more relaxed heart rhythms) skills.

4. Yoga
