An experiential artistic workshop that helps students understand the relationship between thinking and stress, and provides students with tools to that encourages the use of positive self statements

Helps students understand the underlying causes of stress and examine root causes of stress in their lives. Provides students with tools to cultivate self-awareness and reduce stress.
Transform stress into resilience with this computer based biofeedback system. HeartMath focuses on teaching students to self-regulate emotions and build coherence (smoother, more relaxed heart rhythms) skills.
